about
I was born on u.s. tax day because my mom's doctor didn't want to miss his hunting trip and induced her early. my first friend was a plant named francois. puberty was traumatic for me so I eventually switched genders. I have an associates degree in visual art and writing from western nevada college (carson city, nv | 2016). I was featured in a mini-comic anthology published by plot twist publishing (las vegas, nv | 2018) and worked at brushfire literature & arts journal while enrolled at the university of nevada, reno before having to drop out. I lost the love of my life to cancer on 12/30/2024, which really fucking sucks. in may 2026, I quit my high-paying office job with nothing lined up after doing some soul-searching in a thrift store where I found a lucky buddha beer bottle and a shirt with a random man's name embroidered in it, which inspired a short screenplay. now I'm a resident artist at 1995 dickerson road (reno, nv, usa) where I paint, draw with pen and ink, publish zines, write, and work for another resident tie-dying shirts for commercial use.
I've been called many things, including but not limited to:
- funny
- talented
- cool (I still think they're lying)
- various slurs
- a threat to "american values" (whatever that means)
- a devoted husband
